Richmond American University London is seeking to appoint a passionate Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance and Programme Director BSc Accounting and Finance. You will join a dynamic team within the Richmond Business School, contributing to our mission of educating future generations of business leaders. Please note that the Programme Director role is a 4-year, fixed term appointment

The Associate Professor and Programme Director will work with the Head of the Business School in providing academic leadership in all aspects of course design, teaching, research, scholarship and service in relation to the UG and PG programmes in line with the University’s Vision, Mission and Values.

You will work with the Head and faculty to enhance the programmes; design and delivery high-quality teaching programmes; support and contribute to the development and design of the curriculum; and induct and mentor new adjunct faculty.

The successful candidate will be educated to a postgraduate level (or equivalent) and hold a PhD (completed or near completion) or equivalent industry/professional experience. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering high quality teaching and have proven ability to manage own teaching and related administrative duties. You will have highly developed oral and written communication skills, demonstrating ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences including internal and external stakeholders.
