Richmond American University London is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Collaborative Provision Projects Officer to support the Collaborative Provision Projects Manager and Deputy Registrar: QA with the administration of collaborative provision (international and within the UK) and provide dedicated support to the external contacts at partner institutions. This will involve the provision of bilingual support to internal colleagues and external contacts, working in close partnership with the Collaborative Provision Manager.
You will have experience of supporting projects demonstrated through the use of project management techniques and have business fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 6, or equivalent).
Previous experience of servicing and facilitating meetings with external stakeholders, an ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, ensuring correct procedures are followed, established timelines are kept and appropriate documentation maintained is essential. The successful candidate will be a proficient user of MS Office applications and appropriate project management and translation products.
You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and demonstrate confidence in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders in a professional and assured manner.
The nature of this role requires working with international partners outside of core hours. The role may require occasional travel to partner institutions in the UK and worldwide, predominantly in Asia.
