Richmond University is seeking a confident, creative, and technically skilled Marketing Automation and Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team.

We are looking for someone who understands the entire student recruitment funnel, as well as being curious, analytical, creative, and enjoys problem solving and optimising campaigns to maximise impact. The ideal candidate will understand what motivates prospective students and be comfortable experimenting with journeys, automations, and messaging to increase applications and enrolments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact student recruitment and conversion. You will shape how prospective students experience Richmond University, guiding them from initial interest through to enrolment. By leading the strategy and execution of marketing automation and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll ensure communications are personalised, timely, and effective, making a measurable difference to student engagement and enrolment outcomes.
